Lima London

Lima London is a group of three Peruvian restaurants in central London — Lima Fitzrovia, Lima Shoreditch and Lima Cantina (Covent Garden) — founded in 2012 by brothers Gabriel and Jose Luis Gonzalez. Lima Fitzrovia was the first restaurant serving Peruvian cuisine in Europe to be awarded a Michelin star (2014) and remains featured in the Michelin Guide. Head chef since October 2025: Diego Recarte. Contemporary Peruvian cuisine with Nikkei and Chifa influences, signature ceviches, tiraditos and pisco sours.
